NEW YOU recently brought together health and beauty influencers, industry executives, and their brands at their 2-day live event in Miami Beach, FL. ‘The NEW YOU Beauty B.A.R. Live Event’ was its first Brand University, Awards Ceremony, and star-studded VIP Reception. This fabulous event featured influencer panels, red carpets, celebrity performances, and industry awards.

The NEW YOU Beauty Awards recognize entrepreneurial achievers’ successful brands and the riveting stories of innovative creators. Those creators who have reinvented themselves to build their own ‘NEW YOU.’ In its 9th year, NEW YOU spent the weekend honoring the best in the beauty industry. Moreover, NEW YOU created networking opportunities for brands, entrepreneurs, and influencers to mingle, showcase products, and discuss innovations.
More than 600 entries were reviewed by NEW YOU staffers, skincare experts, and NEW YOU’s audience via online consumer voting. NEW YOU awarded 26 winners across 19 categories, including best in skincare, makeup, fragrance and innovations at its in-person VIP NEW YOU Beauty B.A.R. Live Event.
Sponsored in part by Casa Azul, Charette Cosmetics, House of Eleven, Holistic Zodiac Beauty, and Victoria Duke Beauty, the NEW YOU Beauty B.A.R. Live Event kicked off on Friday night with a VIP Reception and welcome party at the W South Beach Hotel.
The event included a collaboration with Miami Swim Week®️ The Shows and benefitted Make-A-Wish® Southern Florida. A VIP Reception featured live performances from DWTS pro Tony Dovoloni, his Fred Astaire Dance Studio staff, and multi-platinum global musical artist Flo Rida.

Additionally, Witney Carson featured her new skincare line, Active Earth, that is near and dear to her heart after surviving skin cancer at just 18.
She said, “Protecting and taking care of my skin has always been a very big passion of mine. And so coming out with this, I just really wanted something that was clean that I could really depend on. So, we’re really excited to be launching new products.”

The NEW YOU Beauty Awards have established themselves as a top awards event in Miami. Undeniably, NEW YOU appeals to a diverse, cross-cultural audience.
As NEW YOU President Vanessa Walker touched on, saying, “Our third annual live event is a ‘see and be seen’ for emerging beauty hopefuls with an experiential sponsor activation space, custom photo op sets, and live awards show. We’re thrilled to bring these brands to our audience in an entertaining, interactive and prestigious way.”
Significantly, the NEW YOU Beauty B.A.R. offered sponsors immersive brand experiences in the NEW YOU Sample B.A.R. Brands like NEW YOU Beauty Awards 2024 Entrepreneur of the Year, Alicia Grande CEO and Founder of Grande Cosmetics, Elysian Parfum, Makeup Revolution, Beyond Slim®, and Seis Cosmetics had the chance to showcase products and connect with influencers and consumers.

Suhay Gonzalez, the CEO founder of Seis Cosmetics, said of her NEW YOU Seal of Beauty, “When you put in a lot of work to create a brand that has a purpose behind it, it makes me feel recognized and thrilled to keep moving forward.”
Alicia Grande, CEO of Grande Cosmetics also offered advice: “You have to wake up every day and be obsessed…Can’t be defeated. You have to engage with every opportunity presented…Have to believe in what you are selling and it has to work.”
This year’s award winners represent major players and rising stars across the health, wellness, and beauty industries. NEW YOU gave recognition to both established brands like It’s a 10 Haircare and SkinMedica, as well as newcomers like CATANO Beauty, demonstrating its commitment to honoring innovation at all levels. It is about elevating innovation.
Chiefly, NEW YOU highlights multicultural creators, female entrepreneurs, and influencers, which promotes diversity and inclusion. Honorees like makeup artist Victoria Duke and influencer Alexa Collins exemplify NEW YOU’s mission to uplift women of all backgrounds.
