What does a normal work day look like for you, starting from the moment you wake up?
I skim through my emails or messages that came in over night.
What time do you wake up?
What do you have for breakfast?
Green juice, 2 hard boiled eggs, persian super thin multigrain flat bread coffee.
Do you work out?
Yes, as soon as I wake up and have a cup of coffee, I am off to the gym for 1.5-2 hours.
Do you have a special routine to get you in the zone? Meditation type maybe?
I must do my morning routine and after my workout I meditate. So fortunate to live in Miami and where I live is beautiful. It’s the perfect landscape to live this lifestyle.
What time do you get to work?
Fortunately I work for myself and I have created a life and work space where it allows me to work as much as I can or desire to. However each day is different, i do start consistently early around 8:30-9:00 AM
What do you have for Lunch? Do you even eat lunch?
If I have time for a bite it’s very simple salad with fish or chicken.
Are working lunches something that works for you?
I love working lunches, it gives us time to break bread while we discuss building together.
How much time do you take for yourself during lunch?
If I am lucky, 20-30 minutes, if not I don’t.
How much work are you hoping to achieve in your working hours?
My goals now are quality, I prefer to work hard on something that adds quality to my life or brand than multiple projects that aren’t getting my full attention.

What does a normal wind-down look like for you?
I normally turn the news on and start planning my next day or skimming through my schedule then shower off to bed.
