At the heart of every winter season is a desire for warm, hearty meals that wrap us in comfort and joy. What better way to meet that desire, than a steaming hot bowl of comfort from Ani Ramen? This made-to-order ramen house offers an array of seasonal ramen and delectable bites crafted to remedy even the coldest of days.

Spicy Miso Ramen
Ramen, a dish that has become synonymous with comfort, traces its origins back to 16th- century China. Over time, Chinese soba noodles made their way over to Japan, where they fused with unique Japanese elements such as tare (seasonings), dashi (stock), and various oils. The hearty fusion laid the foundation for modern ramen, creating an inexpensive dish that could be adapted into countless styles and flavors.. Through the years, ramen has continued to evolve, influencing iconic styles like Shina soba, Tonkotsu, Miso Ramen, and Hakata tonkotsu, each bringing its distinct flair.
To kick off our Ani Ramen experience, we indulged in the Miso Chipotle Brisket Bao Buns, slow-cooked to perfection, and a plate of chicken gyoza, a savory delight that melted in our mouths. Next, came the highly recommended Crispy Miso Sake Wings (dine-in only), coated in a finger-licking miso glaze sauce that was equal parts sweet and tangy. Every bite boasted incredible layers of flavor, urging us to savor more.

Short-Rib Ramen
However, after these “small” bites, we quickly realized just how filling Ani Ramen’s portions could be. To balance our indulgence, we opted to share a single ramen- the Short-Rib Ramen Special. This seasonal ramen featured a 6-hour braised beef short rib, perfectly complemented by togarashi, ginger, yuzu kosho, garlic, soy sauce, thin noodles, garlic and menma (fermented bamboo shoots). To complete our experience, we paired our meal with Ani Ramen’s most popular saki, 10,000 Ways Honjozo Sake, a smooth and refreshing drink that perfectly blanched the bold flavors of our dishes.
