Miami, Florida -Thursday, July 6, 2023. Miami Swim Week® The Shows continued the festivities with show-stopping brands such as Liberty & Justice, Agua Brazilian Swimwear, Cyar, and more. On the other hand, the Next: Impact Panel Discussions and reception was held at Showfields Miami where panelists and industry guests discussed the latest trends.
Jessie and D’lila Combs. Sean “ Diddy” Combs’ daughters took the stage to open the show for Liberty & Justice wearing the solid bright color capes and skirts that the African brand is known for.
Aside from that , around 7:30 PM Southern Saint, Ladaska Mechelle, Cyar, and Swim with Poppies rocked the runway with a series of unique silhouettes that featured bold cutouts, sexy catsuits, and fiery prints while also showing more fashion-forward interpretations of swimwear through long-sleeve bikinis with brightly colored patterns.
Not one to be left behind, Agua Brazilian Swimwear strolled down the catwalk in Full-figured brightly colored print dresses popped during their segment along with Maricel Marcantoni Art, and Francina X Mono Collection. The trifecta demonstrated an expansive palette that included bright colors, flattering neutrals, and bold prints.
Other than that, Daydream Swimwear continued to emulate the Barbiecore trend that is taking over the world with a collection that included crocheted bikinis and shimmery resort looks.
Besides this, the shimmering fabrics of Julia Francina closed the runway with their latest collection. To cap off the night, GLOW-BANA by Mystic Tan x Norvell, hosted an invitation-only activation at the SLS Hotel South Beach.
