From the moment guests entered the elegantly designed space, they were transported into a dreamlike world of modern Japanese luxury. The dimly lit room, illuminated by a captivating floating koi fish chandelier, exuded a seductive ambiance, while iridescent, hand-painted dancers moved gracefully among the crowd. Guests sipped on expertly paired red and white wines and savored a variety of meticulously prepared hors d’oeuvres, setting the tone for the indulgent evening ahead.
The culinary offerings were as vibrant as the atmosphere. Guests enjoyed a range of starters including rock shrimp tempura, homemade vegetable gyozas, and shrimp shumai. The bartenders kept the excitement with drinks flowing, ensuring that cocktails were always on hand, while a DJ kept the seductive mood, adding to the lively celebration.
Fushimi’s signature menu blends traditional Japanese flavors with worldly influences, offering standouts like the Fire & Ice Roll, featuring Alaskan king crab, avocado, cucumber, and seared filet mignon with a port wine reduction, and the Surf & Turf Roll, combining spicy tuna, white tuna, and kani wrapped in rice paper and lightly fried. As well as the Roasted Duck, served with mango, cucumber, mint, and hoisin reduction. And for those who love a decadent sweet ending, desserts offer indulgent options like Tempura Ice Cream wrapped in butter pound cake with Chantilly cream and a Mochi Tasting with assorted seasonal flavors.

It’s a space that feels both grand and intimate, making it perfect for large celebrations or quiet, romantic dinners.
