Terms & Conditions for Gurus Awards
1. Eligibility:
– Applicants are considered to be and open to beauty industry professionals, companies, and brands.
– Applicants must be 18 years or older.
2. Submission:
– All entries must be submitted by the specified deadline and in accordance with the terms and conditions herein.
– Incomplete applications may be disqualified.
– Multiple entries are allowed, but each requires a separateapplication and fee.
3. Fees:
– Entry fees are non-refundable.
– Payment must be received for the entry to be considered.
– After 4 (four) entires from a singular Applicant, the 5th (fifth) entry is free. Upon verification of 4th (fourth) paid application fee, a promotional code will be emailed to said Applicant for a free 5th (fifth) entry.
4. Judging:
– Decisions of the judges are final.
– Judges reserve the right to move entries to more appropriate categories.
– Conflict of interest: Judges will recuse themselves from evaluating entries where there’s a conflict.
5. Intellectual Property:
– Applicants retain all ownership of their intellectual property.
– By entering, applicants grant permission to use submitted materials for promotional purposes in all forms of media.
