Isabelle Fries and Seth Baer Combine Music and Love with their Latest Track, “I Want You For You”

by | Nov 1, 2022

Music has always been liquid when it comes to influencing a person’s emotions and point of view. A lot of people have turned to music to switch up their moods, keep their productivity high, or even to comfort themselves in times of uncertainty. Music is really more than just a combination of notes. It combines emotions, feelings, and sometimes, goals to spread hope and encourage people.

Isabelle Fries, a singer-songwriter, sees her work as a method to encourage and support other people through the medium of music. Isabelle has been visiting Uganda on a regular basis since she was 15 and joined The Global Livingston Institute (GLI) at the age of 18. When she performed for GLI as part of their yearly iKnow Concert Series in Uganda in 2017, she also announced and started the Bulamu Raise Your Voice Community Foundation. GLI has a sibling foundation called the Bulamu Raise Your Voice Community Foundation. Through Isabelle’s initiative, the foundation uses music to inspire and motivate individuals as they try to introduce various extracurricular activities, such as sports, music, and other activities, into the classrooms. Additionally, improved recycling initiatives are being established, and Lake Bunyonyi is hosting water safety lessons. No matter where in the globe they are, Isabelle will continue to use her music as a platform to help others in need.

Fries is a musician who is changing the world, and when she is not performing, she can be found in the classroom educating kids who are enrolled in the special education program. She admits that one of her greatest thrills is volunteering with organizations since it enables her to be a part of something greater than herself. Amy Winehouse, Sir Elton John, The Lumineers, Tame Impala, and Maggie Rodgers are just a few of the legendary musicians who have inspired her. She combined many genres to produce her own unique sound, which instantly struck a chord with audiences. Isabelle’s love of music is inspired by her warmth and compassion. She utilizes her voice as a means of connecting with her audience, a mission that she has accomplished in each of her previous songs.

Isabelle Fries teams up with Seth Baer for her most recent and much-awaited track, “I Want You For You,” to expand her archive of successful hits and more than 8 million streams across her social media channels. The duo has previously written and co-written songs together, but this will be their first time collaborating vocally. In a joint statement, Isabelle and Seth state that “This collaboration is proof that music has the ability to unite people. This song is significant to us because it sends a message to the world about the value of recognizing people for who they are inside and out, rather than just their outward appearance.”

Isabelle and Seth have done a fantastic job of writing this song and expressing the message they want to get over to their listeners. By expressing their emotions through lyrics like “I wish you could see yourself the way that I do” and a soothing rhythm, Isabelle and Seth have created a song that is at once revealing and potent. The song “I Want You For You” is a call-out to the youth of today’s generation, which, in its own way, demonstrates how to love deeply.

The song “I Want You For You” talks about loving someone unconditionally without hesitations or limitations. It is the anthem of people who give love with their whole being without expecting anything in return which is the purest kind of love. It speaks about how everyone deserves the kind of love to choose them every time. In a world where everything has become so superficial, and a person’s worth has narrowed down to the number of likes and shares their photos get, a song like “I Want You For You” is a great reminder that everyone is more than what social media deems them to be and that they are worth more than the broken pieces they see themselves as.

For this song, Isabelle has collaborated extensively with Grammy-winning, multi-platinum producer and mixer Rob Chiarelli along with Nate Highfield and Kaelie Highfield. “I Want You For You” is now available for streaming on all major platforms.

Isabelle plans to continue honing her skills and advancing her music career in the future. More than that, she is eager and excited to continue her humanitarian work through music.

The song “I Want You For You” is available for streaming on Spotify, YouTube, and other major platforms.
