The holiday season is upon us unveiling a myriad of notable events for the season. Few manifest in the most magical way as actress, philanthropist, and author Leesa Rowland’s productions. An elegant affair premiered on Saturday, October 28th by the halloween glamour queen herself, Leesa Rowland and husband Larry Wohl. The jovial duo held an “Old Hollywood Glamour – A Halloween Soiree ” at The Venue in the Hard Rock Hotel Times Square New York.

The one-of-a-kind, show stopping, bi-level venue in Manhattan is designed to impress and inspire all who venture through its doors. At over 6,000 sq. ft. the space features capabilities for a stage, live performance, or DJ with state-of-the-art audio-visual components. The cabaret style seating with leather banquettes, solid wood cocktail tables, high top tables, and a built-in bar located on each level ensures a constant flow of liquid libations. This star-studded night was no exception.
From the dawn of the evening until the end of the night, guest received royal treatment. As they descended sub-level via the dedicated elevator bank with a private entrance a stunning flapper with oversized feathers danced at the foot of the grand stairwell. Renowned event planner Hank Stampfl’s of Revel Rouge went all out for the Old Hollywood themed décor. Bringing life to the silver screen era, Stampfl and Rowland converted the space with red carpets, step and repeats, cocktails and dinner full of grace and style.
This light-hearted party was a throwback to the times when the movie studios created the Grace Kelly’s and Cary Grants who romanticized our lives and dreams. Guests wore their best Hollywood classic looks while enjoying cocktails, dancing to live music, and enjoying special tributes to stars and starlets playing on the big screen. Fashion Designer Marc Bouwer designed Leesa’s Costume which was a tribute to iconic glamour beauty Brigitte Bardot.
