Across an acclaimed body of work that includes academy shortlisted Poreless, Ricky, Edge of Everything and Angelfish, Rabia has demonstrated a rare ability to balance artistic integrity with emotional resonance. Her films have screened — and won — at Sundance, Cannes, TIFF, and beyond, but awards are never the end goal.

Her philosophy is rooted in transformation. Whether producing award-winning shorts like Loose Change or mentoring young filmmakers at The Juilliard School, Rabia approaches storytelling as a space for reclamation; allowing unheard voices to emerge with dignity and power.

Her career also reflects adaptive leadership. From producing high-impact television series to leading global branded campaigns for Netflix, Hulu, and Virgin Group, Rabia navigates creative industries with clarity and purpose.

A proud member of BAFTA, IADAS, and the Producers Guild of America, Rabia continues to expand her voice, including stepping into directing with Haider, Texas, showcased at the PGA’s Produced By Conference.

Her current projects in development include the feature films The Long Jazeera written and directed by Saleem Gondal, There Is Darkness and Blink with writer director Kyle Lavore. Along with her directorial dark comedy short, Wedding Guest.
